Your SKU catalogs, cost of goods, transaction ledgers, and customer records reside exclusively on your local workstation's NVMe drive within your private SQLite database.
2. Marketplace API Tokens & Encryption
When you authorize marketplace connections (e.g., eBay Developer OAuth, Poshmark tokens), those authentication tokens are encrypted locally on your machine using hardware-backed AES-256 GCM encryption. PivotalReseller servers never transmit, log, or inspect your private API keys.
3. Website & Closed Alpha Admissions Data
When you apply for our Closed Alpha on this website (pivotalreseller.com), we collect only the minimal operational details you provide: your name, email address, company handle, active marketplaces, and estimated volume range. This information is utilized solely to contact you with alpha download keys, invitation links, and critical security patches. We never sell or share your contact info with third-party advertisers.
4. Automated Desktop Update Telemetry
The PivotalReseller desktop application performs automated HTTP checks against https://pivotalreseller.com/api/updates.php to discover new software patches. This ping sends only your current app version string and operating system architecture (e.g. win64). No personal identifiers or catalog statistics are transmitted during update checks.
