1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application for the PivotalReseller Closed Alpha, or downloading pre-release binaries, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Pre-Release Software Evaluation License

PivotalReseller desktop builds designated as "Alpha", "Beta", or "Release Candidate" are experimental software provided solely for testing, diagnostic, and evaluation purposes. All intellectual property, trademarks, UI tokens, and underlying source code remain the exclusive property of PivotalReseller Inc.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Marketplace Safeguards

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. While PivotalReseller incorporates conservative API safety throttles and delisting watchdogs, alpha testers are responsible for verifying their marketplace listing settings, safety margins, and platform credentials. Under no circumstances shall PivotalReseller Inc. be liable for lost profits, marketplace penalties, or inventory discrepancies resulting from pre-release testing.

4. Feedback & Community Discussions

By submitting suggestions, feature proposals, or code feedback in our discussion forums or via email, you grant PivotalReseller a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to incorporate such feedback into commercial product iterations.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke alpha testing keys or terminate access to this portal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if abusive behavior or reverse engineering is identified.
