  Red-glow To-Do alerts for guessed cross-listing info. When the cross-lister uses a fallback or guessed value (such as default package weight, shipping tier, or category crosswalk), it highlights the field with a tactile red glow and logs an actionable To-Do task so nothing goes live unverified.

  Mercari buyer-pays shipping default. Mercari cross-listings now charge shipping to the buyer by default unless you explicitly enable free shipping.

  Under-the-hood KPI drill-downs & hover telemetry. Hover over any dashboard KPI or widget for an instant summary of the data it draws from. Left-click any KPI to open its dedicated analytical workspace (Gross Sales Analytics, Net Earnings Breakdown, Realized Net Margin, Catalog Replacement Rate, Performance Review, and Item Listing History) with scrollable item-by-item hero cards, fee/COGS ledgers, Best Offer indicators, ROI/ROAS metrics, and printable reports.

  Unified multi-platform messages & Live Feed opportunities. Mercari and Poshmark buyer threads now group cleanly into cohesive conversations you can reply to directly inside the app. Depop activity alerts are separated from real buyer messages and routed into the Operational Pulse Live Feed alongside watchers, likes, and actionable sales opportunities in the new Inbound Offers workspace.

  Vinted sell detection & UI auto-delist (Extension v2.80). Background polling now scans Vinted sold orders automatically (ignoring cancelled orders so active items are never delisted by mistake), guards listing IDs from order-ID overwrites, and includes a resilient UI Delete fallback that confirms Vinted's deletion dialog automatically.

  Mercari cross-listing self-healing retry. When Mercari's GraphQL API rejects a legacy shipping class or unbranded ID with a RecordNotFoundException, the extension automatically strips the offending ID, falls back to standard shipping/brand parameters, and completes the listing without manual intervention.

  Employee purchaser attribution. Assign every inventory item or draft to the employee or buyer responsible for sourcing it directly from the Inventory sheet, Drafts view, or Item Edit modal.

  True monthly overhead burn & cash surplus indicator. At the start of a new month, your Cash Surplus & Break-Even indicator accurately reflects your negative overhead position until realized net profit covers your monthly overhead expenses.

  Modal focus stability. Fixed a keyboard focus-trap bug where typing inside popup dialogs could jump focus to the top-right close button.

• 1. Web App Version (app.pivotalreseller.com) — Up Next: A standalone web application so you can access your inventory command center, KPI analytics, cross-listing tools, and bookkeeping from any browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook.
• 2. Mobile App Version (iOS & Android) — Following the Web App: Purpose-built mobile companion for fast sourcing intake, barcode scanning, photo capture, shelf bin lookup, and instant sale/offer push alerts.
• 3. Continuous Desktop App Expansion: While the Web App and Mobile App roll out, we are continuing to expand the Windows Desktop workstation with deeper marketplace automation, Facebook Marketplace & Mercari cross-listing enhancements, and advanced financial reporting.
